Implementation of Quality Standards

What is the implementation process like? The implementation process is carried out in the following stages:

  • Initial diagnosis. The aim of this is to analyse the procedures, working methods, etc., that the company has in place and their degree of adaptation to the quality standard to be implemented. As a result of the diagnosis process, a report is issued with the measures to be adopted, as well as a forecast of the actions to be implemented and the appropriate sequence of implementation.
  • Implementation. This process is carried out through a series of visits, in each of which a specific aspect of the standard to be implemented is dealt with in detail, providing detailed instructions, so that the company can carry out the implementation before the next visit. At the same time, the implementation of the actions proposed in the previous visit is reviewed and corrections are made, if necessary.
  • Final diagnosis. This would consist of a final verification of the company's compliance with the requested quality standard.
