IWE-programms in Sevilla, application conditions

Dear Forum,

Next summer I will spend a semester in Sevilla as an exchange student from Germany. I would like to combine my stay with taking part in an IWE-Programm, but I don´t know the application conditions and how the institution is called/where it is located..
Is it possible for engineering students who have finished all their courses except Master-Thesis to make this degree (and get the certification when their MSc-Thesis is finished)?
I read something about minimum work experience of 2 years. Is this a necessity? (in Germany it is also possible without any work experience, only necessity is a completed engineering degree)
I am studying for a MSc degree in Business and Engineering (energy technology). Bachelor was technical business studies

Sie können das IWE Progamm in Spanien machen, mit die Online Kurs von CESOL. Ich denke dass mit Ihre Niveau, und die Ausbildung von Deutschland, es wird kein Problem sein wenn Sie noch keine Erfahrung haben, denn die Industrie in Deuschland ist viel Breiter als hier. Aber das Programm ist in Spanisch, was alerdings wird tatsächlich schwieriger für Ihnen sein. Enschuldigen sie mir bitte, für meine Fehler in ihre Sprache.

El próximo verano estaré durante un semestre en Sevilla, por un intercambio de estudiantes de Alemania. Me encantaría combinar mi estadía participando en un programa de IWE, pero no conozco las condiciones de inscripción, ni cómo se llama la institución / dónde se ubica.
¿Es posible realizar esta maestría para los estudiantes de ingeniería que hayan concluido sus estudios a excepción de la maestría de tesis para titulación?
He leído algo sobre un mínimo de dos años de experiencia, ¿Es esto necesario? (en Alemania es también posible hacer el curso sin tener ninguna experiencia, siendo solamente necesario haber cumplimentado el grado de ingeniería).
Yo estoy estudiando para un grado MSc de administración e ingeniería, (Tecnología de energía), realicé mi bachillerato con estudios de administración de empresas.

Usted puede realizar el programa IWE en España, con los cursos a distancia de CESOL. Considerando el nivel de sus estudios en Alemania, no habría ningún problema aún cuando usted no tenga experiencia laboral, pues tanto el nivel tecnológico de la industria como el de los estudios de ingeniería en Alemania son reconocidos a nivel mundial. Pero el programa es en español, lo cual en todo caso, sería más difícil para usted.
